- Culture is good and friendly - Good for entry level who want to grow, and work in small teams with experienced engineers. - Salary pegged to dollar, instead of having one-time inflation adjustments

Cons

- You might find some other companies with "bigger" clients, but Tintash does try their best to grow. - Fully remote might not be everyone's cup of tea, but they have a vibrant coworking space in Lahore and Islamabad if needed.
