      Great Company to work for!

      Pros

      Tiny Chefs is a great company to work for where you are always valued and appreciated for your hard work.

      Cons

      Unfortunately there are a lot of unreliable individuals out there that constantly call out causing the other instructors to work twice as hard. Sometimes having to drive a little further to fill into a class with a callout- but this is always asked and well compensated for.

      -I felt comfortable with the training that I received -Great community -Locations were all safe -Fun job

      Cons

      -Sometimes had to travel far -Stressful (as is any job with children!)
