Pros

Free lunch on Thursday and sometimes Friday.

Cons

I didn't want to believe the bad reviews on here and other sites but they are sadly all true. The owners have no idea what they are doing. I pulled apart one of their houses and the sky light was flashed with duct tape. They constantly lie to their employees and hide things. The turn over rate is so high they are having a hard time employing and type of craftsmen. They usually start, fine out we have no idea whats going on and leave. I would truly pass on any type of employment with this company.

Hi there, First off, glad you enjoyed the free lunches! Secondly, we’d feel more obligated to shed light on or defend our position to your allegations but I trust people can see through them and their inconsistencies. It’s unfortunate we had to terminate your employment at Tiny Heirloom but violating our core guidelines in our employee's handbook, which you read and signed, especially those pertaining to legal or illegal activities, is not something we mess with as a company. Thanks

Pros

-Working construction inside warehouse -The Shop Foreman was great a very knowledgeable -Flexible Schedule if needed days off -Monthly company lunch

Cons

- Little to no dust collection in shop. Breathing in large amounts of sawdust every day. - Multiple other safety hazards ( too many to list) that were constantly brought to owners attention and never dealt with. -No benefits at all -Owners have little to no past experience in owning a business or construction -Owners will almost always decide on the option that saves them money in the short term, even if it will cause major problems for the client in the future...

Pros

Working for a smaller company provides more opportunity to make a difference and that especially holds true here. This company is growing fast and the ownership team are very receptive to new ideas to improve the company. They really care about the experience of their employees and do a great job of expressing their gratitude for your contribution to the team. Working in a fast paced and growing industry is especially exciting because it pushes you to learn and grow.

Cons

Very tight build times can force overtime to complete a project on time.
