      Pros

      Excellent team! Very flexible working environment, and everyone is more than happy to jump in and help wherever they can.

      Cons

      The CEO is a bit unpredictable. Great guy, but he is a bit reckless with spending, which means layoffs happen often. If you're ok knowing you could be cut at any time and your job "outsourced", then it might be the company for you. That's my only con - the uncertainty. Out of a company of more than 20 people, 95% are men.

      - Awesome working environment. - My colleagues at the time were awesome, extremely helpful and not stingy when it comes to sharing tips and knowledge, especially the seniors.

      Cons

      - I can't think of any cons. I had fun while working with them.
