The recruitment team will create an image that they are growing but actually not. whatever they claim all are nothing but false.

Cons

TinyOwl Chennai just started its operations in Chennai (June'2015) recruited around 35 employees. before completing 3 months , they laid off around 15 employees. The reason they stated that they recruited more employees than actual and HR team admitted that "Layoff " decision is their sole mistake. don't trust this company.
