Pros

Our office was like family. Sarah Jane and Stephen are good people who care for the company.

Cons

This company does not have your back. Decisions are made behind closed doors. People who are very smart get let go or leave while people who never meet goals get to stay. The structure of the company is disorganized and top heavy. I feel like I was sold a to-good-to-be-true job and this isnt what I thought it would be.

After 15 years of work, Tinybeans is hands down the best work place to work, make a difference, and learn professionally and personally. Great group of people with a genuine vision in a small startup.

Cons

They embarass you with a cake and a certificate with a group every year to celebrate your work anniversary :P Lots of technical challenges, though both of these can be seen as a good thing for others!

Pros

Positive, dedicated, and collaborative team. There's not a day that goes by that we aren't laughing together...or that we aren't working hard. Such a gratifying experience- helping to build a product that enables families and friends to relive their kiddo's moments together, keeping people connected in a very meaningful and special way.

Cons

Truly- none. There is a challenge of having teams in the US and in Australia for meeting times, but nothing that has stood in our way.
