Pros
Manager at my location was great! Cared for employees, and built a real team among all staff. Staff was happy, in turn sales were manageable, targets were met.
Cons
Head office doesn't listen to managers or team members on store level leading to a lot of managers and employees feeling unappreciated. Pay is not great. Hard to get raise.
