Staff retention has not been good since Tisski was acquired by Node4. Operational structures have changed and there has been no obvious sense of a comms plan being drawn up to ensure employees are appropriately kept up to date on these changes and what impacts this has on their BAU roles. It is not clear how escalations are appropriately managed and when chasing for updates on questions which have had to go up the management chain, agreement on who is best to respond gets passed around like a hot potato and therefore responses are not provided in a timely manner. Line managers have also not been given ability to appropriately support their reports, especially regarding development, pay rises to reflect positive appraisal reviews and ambitions to progress within the company.
