Pros

Great group of young people, very energetic, upbeat and friendly. Weekends off

Cons

Door to door sales, not advertising at all Pay depends on how many people decide to donate, almost forced sales. Training wage above minimum but if you don't sign enough people up each week after training your hourly wage drops. Expected to work nights

Pros

There are a lot of reasons why I love my job. - Steady (weekly) pay - advancement - health and dental benefits - flexibility with time off - excellent clients - positive work environment But my favorite thing about working with Titan is the management team. The management team including president Kyle Casoria is made up of an ethical, kind and understanding group of people. Issues are dealt with in a professional and timely manner and individuality is celebrated in the office. Employee achievements are always recognized and personal development is encouraged. There has not been a single day where I have felt undervalued working at Titan Advertising Group Inc in Edmonton. I love that our managers and our trainers all lead by example and do the job (well) themselves while teaching new employees to do the same.

Cons

The entry level customer service position involves being outdoors which is a challenge for some people. The position also requires good mobility as we do a lot of walking. Some people find working within targets to be a challenge and there are client standards that must be met in the entry level positions. The position hours can also be difficult for some families as Titan operates from 1pm-9:30pm, we do have all weekends off though with is great!

Pros

Not one positive aspect for this so called company.

Cons

They called me last week- CS with no selling, no door to door, no charities. They called a year ago. Same story, same lie- turned out to be selling for charities at door to door.
