Pros
remote work small and fast moving org, limited red tape to cut through when a good idea comes up, plenty of potential to make an impact good compensation equity program for all employees approachable and reasonable leadership unlimited vacation in the US
Cons
if you don't do well with change or fast paced, this probably isn't the environment for you. Growth stage PE backed tech space is fast and furious, employees have to be willing to wear multiple hats - but the reward is worth it! 401k match could be better, it's just the basic match currently
