- You will find good camaraderie if you are competent at your job
Cons
- Recently under new management from New Jersey (and now called Pioneer Critical Power). These people are mainly investors without much insight into the nature of the business. The new owners are basically slashing personnel without regard to their function in order to make the place attractive to a buyer - Very high turnover in critical positions - Many layoffs, and they don’t do severance pay no matter what your position is
