      Pros

      A paycheck serving luxury residential buildings and communities in the San Francisco bay area. A great environment for those who thrive in problem solving situations and those that are even-tempered in dealing with challenging and angry residents.

      Cons

      Substandard business practices. Titan Management Group is unable to maintain long-term business relationships with reputable vendors making continuity of care for site and for residents difficult.

      Auitonomy and independence but very little support

      Cons

      Disorganized, unprofessional, political. Very troubled work environment. Charming meglomaniac owner who will throw you to the wolves in an instant. Poor understanding of leadership and positive work culture.
