      Not a single one honestly.

      Cons

      Your job is you stand in sams club (or target) and pester people passing by to get them to get ATT products. Yes, you are THAT guy in Sam’s club that you quickly walk past every time and not acknowledge. It’s literally a “chum” job that you should only take if you are in high school or, have literally no other option. This company is absolutely shady by forcing 5 star reviews from staff on their FIRST DAY, and the work you do feels more like you’re bothering people than helping them.

      I'm sorry to hear that you had a negative experience, but the entry level position is not a good fit for everyone and that's okay. We do have three round interview process where we try to be as transparent as possible in what the position would entail and even encourage questions to make sure all new employees have a good understanding of the role. That being said, we do not require our team to post 5 star reviews on their first day and only encourage our team to share reviews of their experience.       Does Not Value Time

      The company does have a great program for entry-level individuals seeking employment.

      Cons

      I waited for over two hours for an interview today. When I asked to reschedule, I got no response after the company didn't show up to talk to me or give me a heads up that they were running behind. Completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and tells me that this company does not value time.

      Dear Reviewer, We are so sorry to hear that. Obviously, you're right this is not acceptable; however there must have been some form of miscommunication here as this is not a typical occurrence. Additionally, things do sometimes come up on both ends of the spectrum such as meetings running over, calls popping up, unexpected traffic incidents or getting lost on the way to the interview. When these things occur we are gracious and understanding and we would hope for our applicants to return the favor. Again we do not believe this is acceptable, but we are understanding and forgiving of unforeseen circumstances as we have all come across them from time to time. Thank you so much for your feedback.

      The Direcotr of Operations practically begged for a review so here it goes: this one's for you Raphael Robertson, pay your employees. That's it. Three weeks no pay they don't happen to tell you that they'll cut your pay if you quit they will also simply not pay your for the hours spent I'm the office. Traveling between locations nope they aren't paying for that either. Pyramid scheme at its finest right here stay far far far far away.

      Reviewer, Seeing as I've already responded to this review on another venue I'll repeat myself. We do pay our employees, you sign digital documents agreeing to the pay structure when you start work here. Every employee is compensated for the hours worked or bonuses whichever is higher, if the employees fails to clock hours and has no bonuses then that falls on employee responsibility. If you are indeed still feeling as if you are missing checks that you were due and you did clock hours please reach out to management and they would be happy to rectify it. A miscommunication on pay for a new employee does not make a company a pyramid scheme. Thank you for taking time to review us and we will look into this further as well.
