      Pros

      None that come to mind. If your good at your job you will be overloaded quickly by the others who aren't.

      Cons

      Awful management, no transparency, very little technical literacy, blue collar workers are paid garbage so they hire the worst they can find off the street. Literally these folks make less than Wendy's and spend most of their breaks smoking weed in the parking lot.

      Depending on the site you're working on, you'll have a super tight-knit, friendly team.

      Cons

      Extremely difficult to deal with the head of finance, due to his mess, his ego in needing to overrule other departments and executives, as well as his lack of respect and ethics with his team. If in doubt, check the department's turnover
