Pros

My salary was above-industry, but now I know why. not worth it by a longshot

Cons

The top 3 in the company are absolutely unbelievable. CEO, Gen Counsel and Chief Innovation Officer. If one of them doesn't like you, they'll bully you and force you out. Two members of C Suite were forced out by these three along with tons of associates. The EA for one of those three just left due to hostile conditions. I am so glad I never worked in the corp office with those people. they preach all this positive energy, spend all the company profits on big cheerleader parties for the management in AZ every year (yes I was there, so over the top) yet nobody got bonuses at corporate this year i heard. but execs got kate spade bags filled with expensive stuff. so positive! so glad i'm out

Disrespectful and disingenuous

Pros

Occasionally could work from home when needed.

Cons

They promote an “attitude of gratitude,” “servant leadership” and “transparency” but don’t fall for it - it’s completely disingenuous. If you are ever struggling with anything (overwhelming stress, verbal and emotional abuse from another employee, witnessed unethical behavior) your concerns are either completely ignored, or flat out dismissed to your face. “You’re free to leave” was the response I received once. (Turned out to be great advice!) You can ignore most of the 5 star reviews - leadership was pressuring all of us to leave 5 star reviews and confirm with them once they were written (you’ll notice most of them are clustered around the same date) If respect, potential for growth, and working in a non-toxic environment are important to you, then don’t work here, no matter what they promise you. I lost count of the times I was promised something by a member of the C-suite and it never came to fruition (things like performance reviews, growth opportunities, etc).

Pros

Some people were nice to work with.

Cons

CEO - did not look out for the people who busted their butts to do their jobs! The CSO just knew how to spend money on useless stuff! They don’t keep the employees informed of all the happenings of the company even though they think they do!
