Employed excellent title searchers; excellent commercial department; in expansion mode; many employees very helpful and willing to share information and advice.
Cons
I have never worked with managers who were such egomaniacs. As a former Sr VP of a title company, I feel that my principal duty was to make sure that my employees were being the best they could be so that they could rise through the ranks. This company showed favoritism, lied, protected certain non-performing employees and made promises they did not keep.
