My experience with the HR department at Titleist has been underwhelming and frustrating. Communication is consistently slow, and getting clear answers to even basic questions often feels like pulling teeth. There’s a noticeable lack of transparency in their processes, especially regarding internal growth opportunities and performance feedback.
Additionally, HR seems more focused on protecting management than supporting employees. Concerns raised about workplace culture or management behavior are often dismissed or minimized, which discourages open communication and trust. For a company known for quality and excellence in its products, it’s disappointing to see the people side so poorly managed.
Titleist has potential as a workplace, but until its HR department becomes more responsive, fair, and employee-focused, I can’t recommend it as a supportive environment.
