Pros
If you work hard you will be rewarded. Benefits are nice. Great working hours. Everyone that works with or around you are professionals.
Cons
Owners are very difficult to work with and at times very unprofessional. Not open to new ideas or criticism. The president is a puppet with the strings being pulled by owners. The commission structure is decreasing each year making it harder to make the same money as the year before.

Best internal customer service! Great moral. Great spiffs. They train you a lot on all the jewelry, gemstones, metals and watches.
Cons
It can be competitive with co-workers, work weekends, customers can be difficult, and with all the delicious food in the kitchen it can be easy to gain wait.
