      Pros

      - Most people are smart, creative, dedicated, and passionate - Best Engineering/Product team and platform I've ever worked with - Access to some cool events

      Cons

      - The CEO Robert Davari is single-handedly sinking this company with his short-sighted decision making and inflated ego, and everyone from top to bottom knows it. - Rampant favoritism and toxic positivity disguised as 'culture' - No career mobility or salary increases for high performers in client facing departments

      Pros

      I've had so many jobs in my life and I swear I am never leaving Tixr. Everyone is so genuinely kind and willing to collaborate and help out, the culture is fantastic with events every so often. The work isn't easy, but it's worth it.

      Cons

      The communication between departments could use a bit of work, but I know they are working on it.

      CEO over promises and under delivers operates as a small business, customer and revenue acquisition is slow pay is closer to bottom of market communication internally is bad cross departmentally, CEO hides certain information and is not always honest covid has hampered the industry, not a TIXR specific issue, there will be a rebound period
