project variety and complexity a never ending challenge to complete on time and budget with no support from upper management. travel to many locations
Cons
low pay no profit bonus and benefits, no family time no corporate support to the field, slow to pay subcontractors and vendors to much office drama between inexperienced new hires

The services that are offered to their government customers are truly beneficial to the society in which the customer represents.
Cons
There is no clear management to speak of at this company. Project managers seem they can manage from a distance and no real taking of responsibility of any short comings. All blame is trickled down to others not in management.
