Pros

Great work/life balance and a flexible approach to coming into the office. Teams coordinate schedules based on project needs and personal life which makes it easy to stay connected without feeling rigid.

Cons

Being located outside a major metro can make recruiting and retention more challenging. Competing for projects against larger, metro-based firms with specializations can also be tough.

Cons

One of the most toxic work environments I’ve ever worked in. Senior designer was the biggest micromanager and belittled you and spoke to you like a child and upper management was not much better.
