      I found no advantage in this company

      Cons

      First of all, I had an interview that was very positive. Then she told me that they will call me for the next interview. Then, no news, she completely forgot about me and didn't replied at all. Then I discovered via others staff members that she resigned. Then another staff members apologized for the inconvenience and offered me to restart the procedure. I went again and did the same interview as the previous one and he promised me to be fast for the second round. Guess what... Again, no news! I Don't know if he still works there. But this thing shows a very bad management and a huge disrespect to the motivated applicants.

      -Colleagues are nice -Events are also nice

      Cons

      - Low salary (difference of 300 to 500 in comparison with other companies) - Difficult to get a raise, - if you ask something, you have to wait for a very long time before they answer you, - No career opportunities

      Growing company, but beware of growing pains

      Pros

      Growing company with ambitious goals, due to double in size over time Some offices (e.g. Hasselt) are very nice in both looks and atmosphere, other offices (Strombeek-Bever) due to expand in the near future with more locations to open soon Company car policy has improved recently Nice client portfolio, tier 1 supplier for multiple enterprises

      Cons

      A lot of come-and-go of colleagues, especially managers - notice being given is now not even openly communicated to the team any more Increasingly demanding jobs at clients do no get proportionally rewarded Extra effort in presales, knowledge sharing unrewarded, killing motivation Internal communication is near non-existent, lapses in client administration remain unnoticed and unanswered for multiple months on end Very slow hiring process - referrals will have received multiple offers elsewhere before even getting into contact with Tobania
