Poor leadership and communication. Nepotistic company where quite a few individuals at the top lack any serious industry qualifications but are where they are due to connections and family ties.
Very few incentives. Main asset is the name, known on the French market for 25 years now.
Cons
Dysfunctional management, lack of strategy, all professional and knowledgeable employees left the company over the last 5 years. Staff turn over is around 30% per annum. Most departing people are not replaced. The environment is becoming weaker as months pass.
