      Pros

      I honestly do not know what to say. It was an awful experience from beginning to end.

      Cons

      Almost nobody lasted longer than a year because people were either laid off or driven to quit after only a few months. Employees felt constantly disrespected, mistreated, and subjected to verbal and physical abuse. Management showed complete indifference toward employee retention and clearly did not care whether people stayed or left.

      You're constantly engaged and gain exposure to high-volume operations.

      Cons

      -The workload itself is not the issue, it is the persistent misalignment that keeps disrupting whar should be straightforward execution. - YOu go into a task expecting a clear process, then something does not match up and throws everything off. - It is nit enough to stop the work, just enough to derail focus every time. - So you adjust and push forward, then it happens again in a slightly different way. - That repetition becomes the real problem. Nit outright disorder, but a constant friction that never gets resolved. - Over time it builds into something increasingly exhausting, because you are always recalibrating instead of simply moving through tasks with consistency.
