-projects are decent -pay is solid -
Cons
-people fall asleep at their desk, some continuously scroll the internet, some play games all day… people get away with a lot with no correction. -does not match 401k -lack of urgency for a lot of staff -PMs need PM training. (People get promoted with no clue how to manage people) -excitement is missing/ environment is rather stale -opportunities to move up are low, even when you out work people he are years beyond you. -very behind technology and efficiency suffers -a lot of paper goes against the industries sustainability initiative. -a firm of over 40 people should always have a BIM manager. -
