Not sure any of the 'perks' out-weigh the strict policies, micro management of workers and no accountability for upper management, no career devleopment, unrealistic billible hour percentages, lower and lower hours appropriated for tasks, and no employee appreciation.
Cons
Upper management conflicts that affect the entire company. No career development. Long hours without compensation, a lot of the employees work long hours and weekends unpaid to keep up with the work load. Revolving door, numerous firings. Poor employee reviews and no encouragement or guidance from upper management. Incompetent, untrained supervisors and project managers.
