Management doesn't care about lower-level employees. When you voice your opinions, it is taken like you are not being a team player and you will get a warning from HR.
The Communication between departments is non-existent. Each department just worries about themselves and when new procedures are updated, they are not communicated with the other areas.
Management seems like they care about your concerns, but in the long run nothing gets fixed. If you are not in management then they really dont care.
There is no room for advancements, they care more about DEI than and push a lot of DEI programs on their employees.
The company is very persistent about sales, even though they say to not be pushy but then push you to make sales with everyone.
