Strong growth opportunities, but has challenges

Pros

Great opportunity for career growth and development. I’ve felt genuinely supported in advancing my career and building for the future. The benefits package is strong, work life balance is solid, and leadership is willing to invest in new ideas and technology. I’m especially glad the company is embracing AI and innovation rather than resisting change, because that gives me confidence in the long term direction of the business.

Cons

Compensation could be more competitive in some areas, although that is likely true at many companies right now. Growth and transformation initiatives can also create periods where teams are balancing both exciting new projects and ongoing operational responsibilities at the same time, which can stretch capacity.

Pros

I'm still under my first 90 days, but honestly that's been enough time to know this place is different. The onboarding experience alone set a high bar; things move quickly but with true intention, which signals a level of organizational maturity you don't always find. What's stood out most is leadership. They aren't just people-centric in their messaging; you can feel it in how they show up day to day and how they're developing the overall strategy. There's a genuine investment in employees as whole people, not just headcount, and that tone clearly comes from the top down. The culture is collaborative and energetic, and the pace keeps things exciting without feeling chaotic. For a new-ish employee, it's especially meaningful to work somewhere where the people philosophy is actually lived, not just read about. Work-life balance here is genuinely great. It's respected and I haven't felt pressured to sacrifice my personal time to prove my worth. On top of that, TW leaders place a heavy emphasis on the total benefits package, and it shows. Honestly, it's one of the strongest I've seen in my career; a true reflection of how serious they take employee wellbeing beyond just the paycheck. What's also got me genuinely excited is the continued investment in the learning and development space. It's clear this isn't an afterthought; there are real initiatives in the pipeline, and being close enough to see what's coming in the months ahead makes me even more enthusiastic about where TW is headed. On top of that, TW is actively investing in AI and pushing employees to embrace these tools in a really thoughtful way, not just for the sake of it, but with a clear purpose - to separate the administrative noise from the true strategic work. It's refreshing to be at a company that understands where human energy is best spent and is equipping its people accordingly.

Cons

I'm still learning the full landscape but the onboarding process has felt well-supported.
