      Great wages, benefits, good salaries

      Cons

      Gestapo looking to all you do, don't do your job, goods things, or tell a German he/she is wrong!! You will get fired Do not improve service and customer satisfaction, you will get fired. Promotions are hard to obtain above level 5, all have to be German, or British now, there is a big war inside , Germans not to lose power, British to displace them and get control and power

      Pros

      Tognum, now Rolls-Royce Power Systems, has great products and industry leading technology in diesel engines. Most of the people are great to work with and the facility, in Novi, Michigan, is brand new so everything is in good working order.

      Cons

      Most promotions go to German expats, and all ideas / process improvements have to come from Germany. Very little opportunity for growth and career development is limited. Organization is set up in silos and management not particularly interested in changing it.
