Pros
- Ok salary, can survive with it -Decent location although WFH was preferred by the majority
Cons
- Very political and favoritism between departments - Too much hierarchy for a company that preaches open communication - No job security - Meetings that leads to nowhere, no clear meeting agenda - Managers like to hear themselves speak during meetings, and do not let people speak/express themselves - No communication between managers, so there are conflicting messages/strategies - Quota plan is very complicated, making it unattainable to achieve commission
