      Pros

      Lots of time off, breaks are 2 hours.

      Cons

      Most unprofessional leadership I have ever experienced, gossip non stop, terrible pay, terrible neglectfull management. Moneygrubbing company.

      Pros

      free meals during shifts worked, most of the staff is friendly and hours are flexible for the most part.

      Cons

      Staff that has been at the company for a year+ tend to be very aggressive and short haired. It can feel very clicky at times and can make for a difficult shift when you're working with people that literally don't like you for no reason. the pay is very very poor making it difficult to want to stay. Its too laid back with something's, which should be a fire able offenses, and too strict on other things, that shouldn't really matter.

      Pros

      Cool coworkers, laid back environment, occasionally good music, flexible hours (sort of), restaurant managers great and supportive. It's really easy to fit in.

      Cons

      A low pay rate combined with the company policy against accepting tips makes employment here difficult. Upper management is also severely disconnected from their employees. None of the employees feel as if the corporate people are on their side.
