Pros
- Very flexible working time; Can adapt to fit your lifestyle - Lot of learning opportunities: You can try out multiple things without having to stick to only one thing. - Amazing work culture, colleagues: Everyone is quite friendly and the work culture is not all toxic. Overtime is not encouraged. Not very bureaucratic. No office politics
Cons
Still a growing company, many industry-followed steps, and processes can be missing. This can be good as it means less bureaucracy to introduce new stuff but it can also mean hard to find guidance or lacking certain industry processes. Having vague metrics for promotion, lack of proper one-on-one senior mentorship, etc. Things are being worked out so might be different later.

Pros
Working hours is flexible. You get to try out a lot of things outside your field and be involved in different sorts of projects. The management encourages you to build product mindset so there is freedom in learning something new.
Cons
- Depending on the weight of the project, sometimes overtime is possible. - Business is dependent on client projects - Common startup problem, the flow can be messy
