Pros
Can't think of any, other than it was a pay check.
Cons
Sweat shop environment, high pressure , crazy deadlines and many of them since all they do is VA work. Most of the work is VA maintenance /repair projects , really crappy stuff. Also, the owner likes to hire only men, mature men in the their mid to late 50's thinking they can't find work elsewhere. Gets Architects with 30 years of experience for a cheap price. They demand that you average a 50 hour work week, and hammer you if you don't.
