The management gives you free hand. So it's a great environment to push your boundaries. If you perform well, you will get additional responsibility. In most cases, you are expected to perform task outside your JD. If you are in need of good perks, then don't hesitate joining.

Office politics is on the rise (Especially in the last 2-3 years)

1. Full ownership of your fleet 2. Basic Benefits being in Nigeria- House, Car 3. Direct dealing with big clients 4. Core knowledge of logistics business

Cons

1. Micro-Management, 24 hrs job, 2. the local staff are treated very badly, yelling on them is very common 3. Career-wise not good for more than 1 year, Flat hierarchy, No promotion 4. In the whole group, BHN has been treated most badly both employee welfare wise and BHN's work outlook in other group employee's eyes 5. No Social Life outside Group 6. Safety is always a concern

If you have a nice boss you report to, you are lucky. They love to share food with everyone

Cons

You are always sidelined if you are not an indian. There is high discrimination Your contributions or values are not appreciated Not good team players The salary structure for non Indian is very poor.
