      Everything else. The environment is so toxic & turnover is going through the roof. The top salesman of over 20 years is one of the latest people to leave this dealership. The family environment that used to exist here is completely replaced with a volatile work environment. Departments don’t communicate with each other, it feels like 5 separate business running independently from one another rather than one single dealership.
