they have some good creatives here and CCO and GCCO are cool

Cons

There is zero effort to help you feel like a part of a team or to onboard you to help you succeed. no collaboration, no leadership, no organization. The place is a mess and can not function, and I struggle here to feel a sense of consistency every day. They care more about the optics of everything than the people who work there.

Good people, resume-builder, perceived excellence

Unlimited PTO (not really unlimited….this is a company-centric policy that does not benefit employees), insurance and 401K are not great, not as family-friendly as they aspire to be, too focused on the “wins” to realize they don’t reflect the values they use to position themselves in industry trades, in agency “all-hands” meetings and in client pitches.

There are kind, talented people here. A good range of clients.

Cons

As the company grew exponentially, the culture here changed for the worse. The "Unlimited PTO" is truly a scam. The health insurance is some of the worst I've seen at a company. Do not expect good work/life balance.
