Decent amount of PTO and paid holidays

Cons

Highly micro managed. Managers lie and retaliate when they are questioned about something. Constant correction and the worst is that computer systems are down on a daily basis , which makes doing your job correctly next to impossible

The bank is an active member of the community. With a few hundred employees in Tompkins County- the bank has an substantial presence in the local economy

Cons

It is banking, you need to be patient and move up- average tenure at the bank, when I left was almost 10 years, that should say enough
