Hr & higher management can ask you any time to leave without telling u the reason. HR can also recall your joining date after you have joined and will never call you back. They may give you some lame excuses for recalling or dismissal of ur appointment. No body in the damn big company has the guts to oppose. They may also say that ur oppointment letter says that u are under probation period from r 6 month so they have every right to screw u out anytime without any compensation. This happened to me. It can happen to you as well so kindly beware before joining.. And read your joining letter very carefully and ask for appoitment letter before joining.

1. Worst place to work. Too much politics. Everyone has their own parties and they keep fighting with each other. Surprisingly, higher management knows that but doesn't react. 2. Even if one from the executives knows something wrong is going on, they won't intervene because of the political environment. People at lower and medium lower level suffer a lot because of that. 3. Appraisals happen a year later. Such as, appraisal for year 2016-2017 performance which is supposed to happen in April 2017 will happen in Feb 2018. Although you will get mail from top executive after every quarter during the year that it's going to happen in next month. 4. Even if you will work for 4 days and 4 nights in a row they will still be unhappy, since they will give you the work of 8 people and will expect you to deliver that in a day. 5. Management is always in doubt. They don't know how to plan. First they will state some features of product and will hand over to engineer, when the whole product will be ready, they will change the specs at the last moment and expect the executioners to wave the magic wand and make it happen. They lack vision.
