Pros
The quality guards are good and are the only ones held to any sort of professional standards however outside of the hospitals and select contracts you will see a steep decline in quality.
Cons
Tone-Gar has failed to maintain an atmosphere of accountability and as a result the general quality of guards is quite low. Guards were caught working without valid security licenses several times during my employment. I have a collection in the double digits of photos of Tone-Gar guards asleep on duty. Several of these guards would be sent back to sites after having been caught sleeping. It appears that they are not held to any sort of standards and the professional guards pay the price as their reputation in their site is ruined by sharing a uniform with the incompetent guards. Guards have been issued handcuffs while being unable to articulate Section 494 or any of their arrest authorities. Tone-Gar has had the nickname "Tone-Tards" in the industry long before my time signing on with them and unfortunately they have done very little to shake their reputation of incompetence.
