      The team at Tonic3 are friendly. They try to help you if they can, A fund that can pay for classes or certain subscriptions.

      Cons

      As a embedded contracted employee for a specific team - Work-life balance is almost non-existent - Benefits are below average - As a creative, you cannot add to your portfolio due security concerns - no 401k match

      Work with some good people.

      Cons

      They don't have many clients. Don't seem to have any say in how their employees are treated by clients and don't seem to care anyway. Feels like they care more about collecting a check from employee labor.
