Everyone you speak with is intelligent, driven, and friendly. Always eating lunch together and talking about the last episode of their favorite show. - Unbelievable culture - It's almost impossible to create a place where everyone's opinion is heard, and that is not losing focus on what's essential, but Tonkean is precisely like that. No ego, no BS. Just making the product better with zero politics. - Very transparent. You're always aware of what's going on. There's a weekly meeting where everyone shares about the past week - marketing and sales talk about new and existing customers, and R&D shows the latest features (developers present their own features!). - Tonkean has a management you can trust. Always talking at eye level and giving you endless opportunities to grow and influence. Mostly warm culture, though it's degraded over time. The product/solution is compelling. Product innovations happen pretty fast.
