Pros
Considerate, helpful, family environment, professional, grace and guidance is given when new tasks are presented. Tonti is a fantastic company to work for and I truly believe in their values and that they are a company that believes in them as well. If you give your best to them each day, they will give their best to you in return.
Cons
Not many cons- love the ideas of being open minded to trial and error with regards to bettering the company procedures. Accepts feedback and changes things that may have been better ideas on paper than in practice. Change in the industry is inevitable- you just have to go with the flow
