Great team with a good work-life balance, interesting projects and good supervision from staff. Directors ensure projects are carefully resourced to avoid over-resourcing and ensure projects are carefully managed.

Cons

Salary rise since joining has been unsatisfactory and rigid pay review structure means there is little point in discussing for a better pay rise which leaves you feeling disheartened.

Very smart, experienced and approachable engineers work for the company which means that you will most likely alwats have support. 4. The company is run by engineers.
