Pros

None. There are no Pros at this company. The atmosphere is way too gossipy and clicky!

Cons

They work with an Employment Agency and Recruiters to fill positions. If anyone knows the Employment Agency and/or Recruiters they work with - PLEASE POST IT HERE. At least, the rest of us employees could have known who was bringing in people to replace us.

Pros

Free makeup and cool office space

Cons

Like many, I was drawn to work at Too Faced for the name, glamour, and, what seemed to be, thriving work culture. What's worse is I left a previous workplace where I had amazing bosses who inspired me to be better, taught me how to succeed and genuinely cared about my career path. Let’s just say, I did not experience the same at TF. The work culture is exactly like high-school.. The “mean girls” are the only people who are trusted and given power by the executives. But, they are trusted by them not for their ability to do their job, but because they wear the latest designer shoes. And, unlike highschool where you can disassociate yourself from the mean girls because you know you’re more worthy, at TF you can’t get away from because the executives allows them to pretty much run and oversee all the departments (even though they don’t really know what they’re doing). Since it's clear that the executives only trust a few members of upper management, many other managers are insecure and so worried they will come across as incompetent, that they don't allow their subordinates to have any major responsibilities or take lead on anything. They will also hoard information, leaving you constantly confused and unable to finish projects. Basically, if you want to work at a place where you feel you make a difference and are seen for your intelligence/ability to do your job, rather than for how expensive your outfit is, than this place is not for you.

Pros

The free product that you get twice a year

Cons

The absolute worst company that I have ever worked for. The culture is 100% gossip and quite hurtful gossip, to the extent that it is defamation of character. Upper management? Complete incompetence and inability to do the job role. Everyone is obsessed with the position and the pay that they don’t even know what they’re doing, delegate everything to those under them and also treat those under them with an intern mentality. Kindness does not exist with this company, as actually I think people thrive in being nasty and condescending to others. Not to mention the pay here is below industry standards, especially for the hours this place demands. If you’re a rational person with a mind that is functioning, know your worth and stay far away from this place.
