I had a highly disappointing experience with Too Good Gourmet’s hiring process. After going through three rounds of interviews and investing a significant amount of time and effort, I was completely ghosted by the CEO and leadership team. No follow-up, no closure — just total silence. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional, but it also shows a serious lack of respect for candidates and the time they commit.
If this is how they treat prospective employees, it raises concerns about their internal culture and leadership values. The CEO’s conduct during this process was particularly disappointing and reflected poor communication and professionalism.
Additionally, during my visit to the facility, I noticed the building doors left wide open, which seems like a blatant invitation for pests to enter the production area — where food is being baked. For a company in the food industry, this is incredibly concerning and suggests lax health and safety standards.
Overall, this was a regrettable experience both professionally and observationally. I would not recommend engaging with this company — as a candidate or a customer.
