Highly-rated reviews submitted by friends and family. - Significant turnover in organization in past 4 years. More than 20 people resigned in a company of 55 people. - Poor role definition and advancement. - Poor training and lack of knowledge in company. People don't know their own products. - Management will not accept constructive criticism - this is perceived as being a "traitor". - Lack of concern for employees. Focus is always on family members and friends. - Exclusion of key personnel in determining direction of company. This is kept "in the family".
