Good artists (obviously wasting their talent here)

Cons

Almost everything else- The senior management is like frogs in the well. They specialise in breeding toxicity and are behind by at least 50 years in terms of infrastructure and management style and management tools. Resources are treated like domestic servants there. The CEO micro-manages even the loo breaks of resources and if we call it micro management, it would be an understatement

To get started in the industry (they give you chance to start so they don't have to pay u)

Cons

No growth , work like slaves no salary no nothing ,extra time work u can't hear a good word from the CEO any way he doesn't know what's happening in the studio, no update on industry standard tools and techniques, these guys are dinosaurs using Maya 2013 and fusion 6 , they are hopeless
