The instructions from my superior are always clear, and they pay close attention when guiding me , I’ve learned a lot from them. The working environment is also great, and everyone here is friendly and supportive.

I really appreciate that work is contained to weekdays. It helps everyone disconnect properly and come back on Monday with fresh energy. The company is also stable and has been growing steadily, which gives you a sense of security.

Cons

Even with a Monday-Friday schedule, the work can be demanding when campaign days are around the corner. It can be a challenge to maintain balance, so you have to be prepared to hustle during campaigns.
