Pros
I came in as complete junior, never worked for an international company before, they gave me the opportunity I needed in order to ot only grow my areer but also grow as person, it has been a really eye opening experience.. The team. they are amaizing, everyone was very welcoming to me and they are always ready to give a helping hand. They are builders, everyone in the team understand that their output is extremly important and they all care very deeply about the product and the costumers. The culture: I have never felt more comfortable in a work enviroment before, as someone that has a lot medical appointments they were always very understanding and had no issue with that, They have a growth mentality, whenever I made a mistake the CEO took the time to give me good feedback to improve myself, he always made it clear that everyone makes mistakes and every problem should be framed as a challenge to overcome. I've learned more in the past 6 months than I did in the lat 5 years on my previous company, in a startup there are always new challenges and it gave me the chance to actually understand how to work as communicative team memeber. I am at a place right now where I am trully passionate about my work. Also, working remote was a god send, I can not belive how much time I'm saving now that I don't have to commute.
Cons
I came in as complete junior, never worked for an international company before, the first few days were difficult as it is a very fast paced enviroment and I had never worked remote before, after one week I had already understood how to adapt to the workflow and stay always one step ahead.
