      Pros

      It is growing rapidly and therefore needs more bright people with advancement potential. Low to no turnover. It also has locations in St. Louise, Houston and Carson City NV .it is a Door Hardware National Distributor. It's reputation is built on "providing the Best Service in the industry bar none". O

      Cons

      Headquartered in a small city with a rural setting. Not for all ,however it is a mere two hour drive to NYS and Philadelphia.

      Pros

      The company is always fair with employees. I love their values and like that they encourage me to leave and attend my kids sports. They hold town halls a few times a year so we all know how the company is doing.

      Cons

      Sometimes it is hard to connect with people since we work from home 3 days a week.
